I walk a path of spirit and vision, having received spiritual training for six years from Chung Fu at Deep Soul Connection.
In 2017, I will complete my four-year vision quest commitment, spending 13 days alone in the mountains of Spain.
The four vision quests I have experienced – four days, seven days, nine days and, in 2016, 13 days – have been the source of much of my storytelling. To spend the time listening to the earth, the wind, the rain and the light is a sacred privilege. To bring the whispers I have heard and transmit them into story is my soul purpose.

A lot of my work is ceremonial, containing simple rituals and intentions that were once a natural part of life. I find ways to bring them into my storytelling so that we can sit, as our ancestors did, held in the lap of story.
